The Hot Chocolate Lounge is a community venue & training cafe in the heart of Denaby, funded by the Big Lottery and run by Doncaster West Development Trust
There’s something for everyone at the Hot Chocolate Lounge where you’ll find a host of things to get involved in. Quality drinks and refreshments are high on the menu along with some great opportunities for training, volunteering, events and activities. You can make social connections, enjoy a new or favourite hobby or simply relax among friends in pleasant surroundings. Whatever you choose to do at the Hot Chocolate Lounge, you can be sure of receiving a very warm welcome.
As well as enjoying the social side of Denaby’s own community hub, you can use our facilities and services to broaden your horizons. We offer accredited training in a range of areas from barista courses to customer service to boost your confidence, skills, work experience or job prospects. Perhaps you’d like to volunteer now and then or contribute on a more regular basis. If so, we can offer roles that fit in with your aims, interests and free time. Maybe you can help us to run activities or throw a street party to remember or perhaps you’d like to help us take care of our customers. Whatever you fancy doing to gain a fresh perspective and support your local community, we’ll be very pleased to hear from you.
The Hot Chocolate Lounge is funded by the Big Lottery and run by Doncaster West Development Trust. Together we aim to enhance local communities by supporting people to improve their lives and neighbourhoods.
