Prior’s is the oldest established pub in Ballinamore, founded in 1922 by Peter Hoey, the grandfather of Gay Prior, the present owner.
Prior’s values its reputation as the best pub in town based on its genuine warmth and hospitality, the superb condition of its drinks, and the quality of its fine locally-produced food and the attentiveness and care of its pleasant and unobtrusive staff.
Prior’s is the town’s Sports Bar where old and young congregate to re-live old sporting glories and find their photographs in the extensive Hallway of Fame.
