Our Vision;
We have some very firm beliefs and ideologies here at Rocky Ridge, centering on the core values of Family, Community and Fresh produce. We are firm believers in slow food principles; Paddock to Plate, Ground to Glass mentalities. Fresh is always best and we endeavour to introduce this into our beers at every possible juncture.
We wish to create beers that stand out for their dedication to flavour, with simplicity in ingredients to showcase the power and depth of produce in our region.
Nestled in Jindong, part of the Margaret river wine region, Rocky Ridge Brewing Co utilises a variety of soil types ranging from red loam to coastal sands. A favourable Mediterranean climate creates a perfect farm for producing a diverse range of agricultural product, ideal for growing most common (and a number of specialty) crops.
Our beers have a distinctive flavour and palate, developed from the Terroir of our region and is entirely unique to our production facility. No other brewery in the world has access to the same ingredients or control that we have.
The Mediterranean climate of the southwest is widely regarded as a biodiversity hotspot, considered by many as a natural wonder of the world. We wish to help conserve this and ensure that all of our farming practices are in keeping with organic principle. Utilising waste reuse and minimal fertiliser application at all turns, our use of a standalone electrical system and industry best practice ensure we are doing our part to maintain this natural wonder for generations to come.
