The Chapter One Experience
Welcome to Chapter One Bondi a little slice of rustic heaven that oozes charm and charisma with a picture perfect view of Bondi Beach. Think Paris chic meets Tuscan romance. Moroccan splendour meets New York cool. Our vibe is something we believe the Sydney scene needs an injection of – SOUL! We have created the warmest, cosiest space and filled it with friendly and attentive people to bring you an experience that you’ll remember fondly, until you come back for more!
We are open from 6:30am daily, serving up fresh and fantastic breakfast and lunch. We crank out Allpress coffee and are quietly earning a reputation for being consistently delicious.
After lunch we really come into our own, offering up a unique evening experience. Our vision was to style ourselves as a classic Parisian/Roman style wine bar- our dinner menu covering authentic pastas and a rotating selection of highest quality local and imported charcuterie and cheeses.
Summer Hours:
Open Monday - Saturday from 6:30am to 8pm
Open Sunday from 7am to 6pm
Our wine list has been carefully selected to perfectly complement our menu, showcasing the best of wines with a growing emphasis on smaller producers that harvest by hand, and farm their land sustainably and biodynamically.
Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand to explain our range of cheeses and charcuterie, helping you to make the best choice, and are more than happy to assist in selecting the right wine to accompany your meal.
