Set on its own private beach a couple kilometers from the other resorts, this is the perfect place to kite surf, relax and have a wonderful dining experience. The best time to go is late afternoon to enjoy the sun setting behind the bay and mountains. Or later you can eat under the stars on the terrace. They have beach chairs and cabanas for eating while enjoying beach and at night it becomes the only contemporary bar in Phan Rang. The restaurant specializes in simple fresh local seafood cooked on an outside grill along with excellent European sausages. Unique food carts serve spring rolls and fresh fruit platters. Ninh Chu Bay Beach Club is a big step up in a beach-side dining experience from the resorts, but prices are very reasonable.
