Owned and managed by the Gammie family with a friendly, helpful staff to welcome you. Famed for the quality and variety of our plants, we also have an outdoor eating area as well as a newly expanded children's play area. We have a fabulous food hall which also includes a great Free-From range, as well as an extensive gifts and clothing area.
The Gammies have farmed at Laurencekirk since the 1920's and the farming ethos of offering value for money remains very important to us.

Welcome to Shamrock and Thistle. After almost a decade in Australia, and being totally immersed in the Speciality Coffee Industry out there, we moved back to the UK and quickly discovered that it was more difficult to find good coffee, like the coffee we were used to in Australia. So here we are!
We are a small Speciality coffee shop. Our mission is to source the best possible speciality beans and compliment those beans with the best brewing methods. We want to create a memorable experience that is sure to excite our customers and make great coffee accessible to the local community.
