The 2.6 hectare Blenheim Gardens is Minehead's largest park and was created in 1925, following the generosity of Mr. Magnor of Northfield House. Alexander Fownes Luttrell provided the land in 1911 with a conveyance expressly stating that the land was to be used only as and for a public park or pleasure ground for the Town of Minehead and for no other purpose whatsoever.
