Rays Home Made Ice Cream
We are a family run business situated in the heart of Swindon’s Old Town in Wiltshire. Our delicious ice creams, fat free frozen yogurts and sorbets are home made on the premises in a huge variety of flavours - we have made over 150 flavours so far and are always collecting ideas for more. We sell our ice cream in waffle cones or little tubs to eat immediately, or in larger tubs to take home.

The Malt Miller
After reading an article about a chap who brewed 40 pints of beer with hops he had picked from the wild and some malt extract, I had to give brewing a go.
The article pointed out that it was very cheap and rewarding to brew your own. Not being able to find wild hops in February I had to buy my own hops so popped to my local homebrew shop and came away with the hops, malt extract and yeast. Having spent over £30.00, I was a little surprised at just how much those three items had cost me, however I brewed the beer which was a lot of fun and came out surprisingly well.
