Craftwork is a collaborative brewing partnership between Michael O'Brien and Lee-Ann Scotti, founded on 15th March 2014. With a 50 litre Braumeister, we recognise that our capacity is ludicrously uneconomic,but we decided to brew ourselves, from grinding the malt by hand to bottling the finished product. The craft work is a joy, and as we are not indebted, we opted to have a legal brewery in Lee-Ann's stone basement.
