In 1997, respected Taranaki locals Grant and Raewyn Schwieters realized their dream of building a warm and inviting place to share a meal and a few pints with family and friends. The Treehouse is the only true Norwegian styled log cabin in this area and is now owned by Shelton Rangiwangana, Wayne Brougham and Terri Niwa.
