Once upon a time there was a Cuisine which evolved over a period of time and everyone around the globe developed their own. Does anyone know which was the first one or rather the how old it is? Even we don’t know! Then those big chains arrived and rest we all know is history. Which is totally fine with us…We are totally interested in future…anyways. A future where there is an alternative to the old authentic things and which is more global and acceptable to the local palate. We are not authentic…. We are Simply Delicious…
So we started looking, searching…but we realized we had to DO IT OURSELVES. A tomorrow where a humble Asian eatery can co exist with big giants. There will still be people around interested in the big things and brand ideologies …the Mustard and Ketchup people…Not many but a few.
The other type of fast food people, the aspiring people , though the number is predicted to be growing very fast each and every day, the taste lovers, the food-o-holics, The Tryers of new things, The Jo's People....for them we exist.
Our things are delicious food , great service and happy customers..and strollers, kids, teenagers, adults , cell phones and tabs, people who talk loud, laugh whole heartedly, music, colours, scents, slobbering, drinking, eating hurrying for a meeting, greetings, celebrations, take out.
These are our things…and this is our story. The Jo story…Our beginning.
